Client Membership & Appointment Policy

Effective Immediately | California Corporate Entity

1. Membership Purchase

By purchasing any membership or service, the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms set forth

herein. Policies are made available prior to purchase and acceptance is required.

2. Appointment Cancellation

Appointments must be canceled at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance. Medical or personal

circumstances do not override cancellation deadlines unless expressly agreed to in writing by the clinic.

3. Rescheduling

Following a cancellation, clients must reschedule within three (3) business days. Failure to reschedule

within this timeframe results in automatic cancellation of the membership or service. The clinic is not

responsible for providing individualized scheduling assistance.

4. Non-Refundable Policy

All fees, deposits, memberships, and payments are non-refundable, including promotional or

complimentary services.

5. Scheduling Process

All appointments and rescheduling requests are handled exclusively online, by email, or by text

message. Automated notifications or reminders do not constitute appointment confirmation.

6. Confirmation

Appointments are confirmed only after the client selects an available date and receives official

confirmation from the clinic.

7. Conduct & Communication

Harassing, threatening, excessive, or abusive communication will not be tolerated. The clinic reserves

the right to administratively close any matter. Following administrative closure, the clinic will only

respond to formal legal correspondence.

8. Governing Law

All policies are governed by the laws of the State of California. The clinic’s obligations are strictly limited

to those expressly stated herein.

9. Dispute Handling Workflow

Cancellation confirmation is issued with rescheduling instructions. If rescheduling is not completed

within the stated timeframe, automatic cancellation applies. A final administrative closure notice may be

issued. Further informal communication will not be answered. Any escalation must proceed through

formal legal channels.
